2. Service Description
QuantmLayer provides:

3. Account Registration
Account Requirements

4. Acceptable Use Policy

6. Availability
QuantmLayer aims for 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance may temporarily affect access; you will be notified in advance when possible.
7. Billing

- • Billing is monthly
- • Usage is measured by API calls or token limits
- • You are responsible for any overages
- • All sales are final unless otherwise required by law
🔄 Changes & Cancellation
- • You may upgrade or cancel at any time
- • Changes apply at the next billing cycle
- • Cancelled accounts remain active until end of paid term
8. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your content. We retain ownership of QuantmLayer's platform, architecture, and all derived works.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate. On termination, we stop all service access and retain no data unless required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
Terms may change. We will notify via email or in-app. Continued use means acceptance of new terms.
